of existing platforms and systems in AMC (ERP, MES/SCADA, LIMS, WMS, plant IoT, CRM) that already manage key data.

2. Set of experiences

learned from previous projects on digitalization, traceability, innovation in natural products, and collaboration with industrial partners.

3. Exploration

of different design approaches for a corporate data space encompassing production, quality, logistics, R&D, and sustainability.

4. Regulatory experience

gained with international regulations (food safety, labeling, sustainability, GDPR) and AMC’s internal codes of conduct.

5. Design/Conceptual Approaches

to establishing the dataspace: identifying essential elements (identity, contracts, data quality) and associated business models.

6. Multi-stakeholder

governance that involves all AMC units (Natural Drinks, Fruit & Tech, White & Green, Ideas) together with external partners.

7. Broad consensus

on the approach, governance, and data exploitation models, ensuring transparency, trust, and shared value creation.

8. Roadmap

Roadmap for the gradual deployment of AMC Dataspace: pilot phases → corporate integration → global scaling, with impact metrics on efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.
